The term 'Opsis' comes from the Greek for 'clear vision', which characterises much of our activities and approach. We aim to clarify what leading edge performance 'looks like' in the fields of individual, leadership, team and organisational performance, and then work with clients to bridge the gap between their current performance and best practice.

Established in 1994, Opsis are a team of like-minded, experienced consultants who moved into consultancy from previous management roles. We operate on an individual basis for some clients and in teams for others, depending on the scope and size of our client's needs and preferences. This gives us the flexibility to successfully implement a broad range and size of projects. We work primarily in the UK, Europe and the USA.
