Renaud has more than 20 years experience of which 15 in the consultancy business, first with Deloitte Consulting and then with Ernst & Young, and has been a coach and trainer for more than 10 years. Prior to consultancy he worked in banking in Portugal and insurance in the UK.
He has been a freelancer as consultant, coach, trainer and facilitator for more than 10 years and has acted as a Human Capital Developer in several small to medium size companies working closely with the Management Team.
He has a degree in Master in Applied Economic Sciences with a specialization in Finance and Third World Countries Economy. Renaud has lived and worked for 15 years outside of his home country, Belgium, mainly in Portugal, Spain and the UK.
