For example, we may incorporate a client's unique terminology, processes and documents into a workshop.
Many of our clients offer the Introduction to Management as a foundation programme for newly appointed managers or current managers who have yet to receive formal management training. This foundation course is then supported by other management skills modules, which delegates attend based on individual needs in order to acquire specific skills.
