Opsis are a UK based Organisation and Management Development consultancy. Our typical clients are working to develop a step change in performance in some aspect of their organisation which is shared and owned by all employees.
Our activities range from large scale organisation wide projects, aimed at developing management attitudes, behaviours and processes inline with leading edge best practice, through management skills training and project facilitation, to one to one coaching of senior managers.
