A career spanning over 20 years with five companies in industrial or service environments enabled him to take on increasing responsibilities at different levels, moving from expert to executive.
Since 2000, Philippe has been developing his professional skills as a coach: making sure that the people he accompanies have a personal space allowing them to reassess their role and fine tune their personal style. This also helps them to develop their vision; a source of meaning for their teams. They can also find new ways to question their convictions and explore new options. Finally, this is a space for them to rest and regain energy and serenity. Prior to working with Opsis Consulting, Philippe worked with DBM, Evian, Danone Chilled Products, BSN Packaging and the Danone Group.
Philippe was trained by C&T at JBS (the V. Lenhardt process), I Lead System. He has been educated in T.A. and Bern’s Organization Theory (EATO) and Palo Alto (Ecole du Paradoxe), and is certified in MBTI (OSIRIS) and ESSEC.
