He graduated from the Professional Program ‘Requisite Organisation, Talent Management & Organizational Development’ and is a certified user of ‘Personal Profile Analysis’ (Thomas International).
Previously, Erik has worked both as an independent consultant and as an internal consultant in Belgium’s second largest health insurance company, and now mainly works for FranklinCovey as the Productivity Practice Leader in the Benelux.
As an internal trainer-consultant, he updated the development program of high potential managers and delivered training and coaching. He now leads a Benelux team of trainers and sales consultants in the field of personal productivity and develops business with a new program.
