Linda began her career as Human Resource Manager and soon discovered a particular passion for Learning and Development. She has specialised in Training Consulting since 2001.

Linda’s key areas of focus are:

  • Designing innovative training programs that deliver real world results
  • Facilitating individual and organisational transformation
  • Planning and implementing effective business development strategies

Linda is an engaging presenter and innovative instructional designer / eLearning designer. She has a strong track record of developing strategic training programs that deliver a strong return on investment. This includes combining training initiatives with work-based projects designed to embed learning and drive organisational change.

Linda has substantial experience in designing engaging online learning programs that enable learners to upskill at their own pace and time, from anywhere with an internet connection. She also specialises in leveraging online technology to engage remote and geographically dispersed workforces, enabling staff to communicate, collaborate and operate more effectively as a unified team.

Linda has worked with a number of Australian Training Organisations, including Training Manager roles, where she designed and delivered a range of Nationally recognised vocational qualifications. This included the Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Certificate IV in Customer Contact, Diploma of Management, and Diploma of Business Administration (equivalent to NVQ Levels 3 and 4).

Linda also draws on her HR and Business Administration experience to design effective business development strategies, supporting organisations to achieve their growth potential by:

  • Identifying untapped growth opportunities
  • Implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Generating new business
  • Building client relationships and increasing the life-time value of customers

Before joining Opsis Linda worked with a number of leading corporations and organisations in Australia and New Zealand, implementing a range of business development and training initiatives. She has experience working across a range of industries, including banking, the public sector, energy, food processing, pharmaceutical, mining and Defence.
