He has worked with a broad range of clients, in most industry sectors - including some of the worlds leading companies, charities and SME’s in the UK, USA, France, Germany, Italy, India, Holland, Norway, Spain, South Africa and Thailand.
Prior to working as a consultant he worked in management roles with Unilever and Laporte Industries gaining first hand experience leading change management and business improvement initiatives.
He is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of People Development, and author of the critically acclaimed book “Timeless Management.”
John’s approach is rooted in reality and avoids jargon and the esoteric.
His workshops are noted for being stimulating, stretching and fun. He has experience of working at all levels - from Board Room and Global Leadership Teams to “Shop Floor.”
